The Gospel on Wheels: 70 Motorcycle Taxis Become Moving Invitations to Hope

Seventy motorcycle taxi riders across the Dominican Republic are now carrying more than passengers, they're carrying a message. Their everyday routes have become something bigger: a way to bring the gospel into every neighborhood they pass through.

The Message on the Move

We printed and handed out 70 reflector jackets for the riders to wear on their trips. Across the back of each jacket is a line from Mark 1:15: "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel." The riders don't have to say a word. As they move through traffic all day, the message rides with them, seen by every pedestrian, driver, and passenger who crosses their path.

Connecting Through Technology

Under the verse is a QR code linking to our website. Anyone who scans it can:

• Request personal prayer
• Learn more about our mission and the Gospel
• Sign up to host a church service
• Get trained to share the Gospel in their own community

A quick scan is all it takes. What starts as an ordinary ride to work might end with someone finding prayer, community, or a first step toward faith.
