The birth of Casa de Angeles Ministries

    Our ministry journey began in 2022, in a house church in North Carolina, where our pastor and evangelist, Ilya Kosilov, encountered Jesus and experienced a powerful transformation. He brought the same concept of house church back to the Dominican Republic, where he was living at the time. What started as a small gathering in a home has grown into a mission that now reaches beyond borders. Planting and pastoring a house church in the Dominican Republic,NYC, and now Pakistan, we have stepped into planting and supporting house churches for those who are hungry for God’s presence and truth.

    Today, we are committed to traveling internationally to establish house churches, preach the Gospel, pray for the lost, and equiping believers to walk boldly in their faith. Many followers of Jesus desire to share the Gospel but feel unprepared, unsupported, or afraid. Our mission is to strengthen and train them with biblical teaching, spiritual maturity, and practical tools so they can confidently lead others to Christ.

Our heart is to see lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.

    This ministry is hands-on and community-focused. We care for the sick, visit hospitals, comfort the brokenhearted, feed the hungry, clothe those in need, and support widows and orphans. Through discipleship and outreach, we help people grow in their walk with God and live with purpose, courage, and compassion.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to obey the Great Commission: to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost — on the streets, in the squares, and from house to house — and to see souls saved, baptized, and set free. We train and equip everyday believers to boldly evangelize, so that every new believer becomes a witness. From this harvest, house churches are born: havens of worship, healing, and discipleship where new believers grow in spiritual maturity. And as Christ commanded, we demonstrate His love to the sick, the brokenhearted, the poor, the hungry, widows, and orphans through compassionate care and practical assistance.

Our Vision

We envision a generation of everyday evangelists preaching Jesus in every city — and from that harvest, a global movement of Spirit-filled house churches flourishing in every community: places where worship rises, lives are restored, the hungry are fed, the naked are clothed, widows and orphans are cared for, and the poor are uplifted. We believe every home can become a sanctuary of God’s presence, where the Gospel is not only preached, but lived, shared, and multiplied to bring lasting transformation to lives and nations.

Through our active ministries in Pakistan, NYC, the Dominican Republic, and communities nationwide, we send mission teams and partner with local believers to plant house churches, disciple leaders, and meet urgent physical, emotional, medical, and spiritual needs with compassion and excellence. Our heart is to see the Body of Christ united in purpose, grounded in truth, and mobilized in love — bringing hope to the broken and light to the nations, one house, one heart, and one nation at a time.

Our Mission is Different

In homes and communities around the world, people are encountering Jesus, experiencing healing, and discovering purpose through real discipleship and genuine relationships.

Currently, we have house churches in the Dominican Republic, Florida, New York, and Pakistan.

This is more than attending church — it’s about becoming disciples who make disciples. Through worship, prayer, teaching, and hands-on service, we walk together in faith while caring for those in need. Our house churches serve as safe places where the brokenhearted find hope, the hungry are fed, widows and orphans are supported, and lives are restored through the love of Christ.
