Our Story
The birth of Casa de Angeles Ministries

Casa de Angeles Ministries began in 2022 in a house church in North Carolina, where our pastor and evangelist, Ilya Kosilov, encountered Jesus Christ and experienced a powerful transformation. While living in the Dominican Republic, he carried that same house-church vision with him. What began as a small gathering in a home soon grew into a mission reaching beyond borders.

Today, we plant and support house churches in the Dominican Republic, New York City, Pakistan, and other communities where people are hungry for God’s presence and truth. We travel internationally to preach the Gospel, pray for the lost, establish house churches, and equip believers to share their faith with courage and confidence.

Our heart is evangelism: to go wherever people need Jesus, proclaim the truth of the Gospel, and help new believers become faithful disciples who make disciples.

Mission Statement

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." — Matthew 28:19

Our mission is to obey the Great Commission by preaching Jesus Christ to the lost—on the streets, in public squares, from house to house, and across the nations. We desire to see people saved, baptized, healed, set free, and established in the truth of God’s Word.

Many followers of Jesus desire to share the Gospel but feel afraid, unprepared, or unsupported. We train and equip everyday believers through biblical teaching, spiritual growth, practical evangelism tools, and hands-on ministry experience so they can boldly lead others to Christ.

Our Vision

We envision a generation of everyday evangelists boldly preaching Jesus in every city and nation. From that harvest, we see a global movement of Spirit-filled house churches flourishing in communities around the world—places where worship rises, lives are restored, disciples are equipped, the hungry are fed, the poor are uplifted, and widows and orphans are cared for.

Through our active ministries in Pakistan, New York City, Florida,the Dominican Republic, and communities nationwide, we send mission teams, partner with local believers, plant house churches, disciple leaders, and respond to urgent physical, emotional, medical, and spiritual needs with compassion and excellence.

Our desire is to see the Body of Christ united in purpose, grounded in truth, and mobilized in love—bringing hope to the broken and the light of Jesus to the nations, one house, one heart, and one community at a time.
